Excellence by Design Is Participating in North Texas Giving Day.

This summer, we provided a Robotics and Engineering Camp for 501 kids. Currently, there are over 70,000 students living in the areas served by EDEC. Over 22,000 (>31%) of these students are living in poverty and could benefit from the programs offered by EDEC. At this time, EDEC currently provides services for 1,959 of these students. There is an opportunity for EDEC to grow and have a much larger positive impact on the community. Your gift will help us to reach more children and youth and help us continue our impact. Our Purpose

We provide resources to disadvantaged children and families that address educational, social, cultural, and economic needs and support educational equity in closing the gap between opportunity and achievement for those who live near or in poverty.

Donations, funding, and in-kind support help support our operating costs, academic programs and provide food, clothing, school supplies, and basic needs resources to children and families in need. You can also set up recurring gifts.
