Our Approach
Using the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS) framework, we create customized learning experiences that meet youth where they are and help them reach where they want to be. Our holistic approach connects schools, families, and communities to build strong supports around each student.

Our Leadership
CEO
Founded in 2014 by Mary Miller-an educator with over 21 years of experience as a principal, teacher, and community college professor-EDEC is guided by a team dedicated to transforming youth outcomes. Our Board of Directors brings expertise in education, workforce development, finance, and community engagement.
